By creating an account or using Lightsay, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lightsay.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Give us correct information and keep your email up to date so we can reach you.

Lightsay has a free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro). Payments are made through your Apple ID.

The Basic plan includes a 14-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your subscription starts and you will be charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

You own the text and recordings you create in Lightsay. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app and give you feedback.

AI feedback helps you learn, but it can make mistakes. Don’t rely on it for official exams or certificates.

Don’t misuse Lightsay. For example, don’t copy our lessons, try to break the app, share your account or use bots.

Lessons, stories, audio, images and the Lightsay name belong to us or our partners. You may use them only for your own learning.

You can delete your account at any time in Profile › Edit profile › Manage account.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We’ll tell you why when we can.

We work hard to keep Lightsay running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses.

If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
